Tony Milana

Tony got his start in the food and beverage industry in Toronto, Ontario. He remained in Toronto for 15 years where he developed skills in a variety of restaurants and clubs. Looking to diversify his experiences and knowledge of the hospitality industry, Tony moved to Montreal to work in a fine dining restaurant and an upscale jazz club.

Tony was born and raised in the Niagara Region. As he watched the wine and food industry in Niagara grow he made the decision to return to his roots, a decision that brought him to the door of Wellington Court Restaurant.

Tony is a gracious host, and senior member of the Wellington team who thrives on creating a wonderful experience for our guests. Outside of his duties in the dining room Tony helps to organize the extremely busy Catering arm of Wellington Court.
