Erik .... just wanted to send you a brief email to thank you for an amazing culinary experience on Saturday night at Chateau des Charmes.  Everyone raved about the food............. the pot stickers, the scallops in cucumber cups, the venison, the roasted onion/chevre cups (did I forget anything)?.  As for the meal ............WOW!  All three courses were a foody's delight .... not sure which course I liked the best.  I had the pickerel and it was the most delicately cooked fish I have ever eaten ......... it was my second time for the lemon gnocci and it was a perfect match with the fish.  All in all, a rave review for you and your staff.  The service was impeccable .... only second to the food itself.

Accolades to you and your staff for a very memorable dining experience .... I am sure you will be hearing from Jeff and Mylinh soon if you haven't already.  They left today for a few days in cottage country before they head back to California.
