Pure luxury awaits you as Chef Erik Peacock, of Wellington Court Restaurant, presents a delicious menu: Bacon and Tomato Soup with Goat Cheese and Sunflower Oil; Roasted Beet Carpaccio with Orange, Fresh Mozzarella, Olive Oil and Winter Greens; Chicken Korma served with Steamed Basmati; Cucumber Raita; and Carrots with Orange and Coriander; and Lemon Ricotta Cake with Imported Fruits.

2010 IRON CHEF Niagara @ Johnny Roccos, 271 Merritt Street, St. Catharines!

On March 23rd eight of Niagara's Chefs will compete to see "who's cuisine will reign supreme." As a guest you will receive 2 entrée's from each menu selection. You will judge each entrée and decide which of the chef's will advance. Each entrée is served with the competing chefs choice od side and an accompanied wine. Dessert and coffee are included. Come out and have fun while helping the community. Money raised at the events will be split between eight local charities in Niagara.

Erik will be featured at Battle 3: Chicken and Artic Char. The battle will be between Erik Peacock and Sam Seaver from the Niagara Culinary Institute.

Come out have wonderful food, fun and support the community.
